The Finnish jazz group How Many Sisters, a vocal ensemble of three women, has created a distinctive sound of their own. Their voices fit seamlessly together, sounding almost like a new, elegant instrument. How Many Sisters have been compared to Manhattan Transfer and their natural, charming way of taking their audience won’t leave anybody cold. Anna-Mari Kähärä, Mervi Hiltunen and Pirjo Aittomäki have been working with conductor and pianist Kirmo Lintinen for over ten years, experimenting in jazz, evergreens, traditional music and even tango.
