Five ICMA (International Classical Music Awards) nominations for Ondine (16.11.2023)


This year, Ondine receives five ICMA 2024 (International Classical Music Awards) nominations:

 

1) Bacewicz Piano Concerto album by Peter Jablonski, Elisabeth Brauß, the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra and Nicholas Collon (ODE 1428-2) is nominated for the best Assorted Program.

 

2) Górecki Church Songs, Op. 84 sung by the Polski Chór Kameralny (Polish Chamber Choir) and Jan Lukaszewski (ODE 1427-2D) is nominated for the best Choral recording.

 

3) Schubert Piano Trios album by Lars Vogt, Christian Tetzlaff and Tanja Tetzlaff (ODE 1394-2D) is nominated for the best Chamber music recording.

 

Two Ondine albums receive nominations for the best Concerto recording:

 

4) Mozart Piano Concerto Nos. 9 & 24 by Lars Vogt and Orchestre de chambre de Paris (ODE 1414-2)

 

5) Brahms/Viotti/Dvorák album by Christian Tetzlaff, Tanja Tetzlaff, Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin and Paavo Järvi (ODE 1423-2)

 

 

The winners will be announced on January 18, 2024 and the gala ceremony will be arranged at the Palau de la Musica in Valencia, Spain on April 12, 2024.
